Direct Sales Representative

Location: Havertown, PA

Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions!


Opportunity to earn a targeted compensation up to $85,000 to $90,000 at full attrition with a $38,816 base salary! We offer a $38,816 base with a commission plan that allows you the freedom to exceed quota. (*See total compensation details below the job description). Where you will work:



  • Opportunity offers the flexibility to work from the field, a nearby Astound office, or a combination of both. This position will be a field based out of Astounds Havertown, PA office


A Day in the Life of the Direct Sales Representative:



  • Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory
  • Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet the customer's needs
  • Engage in technical discussions with potential customers through demonstrations and presentations
  • Execute the sales strategy to increase sales within respective territories
  • Prepare sales information for customers
  • Distribute marketing material and participate in special sale events
  • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments within the product/service line
  • Other duties as assigned


What You Bring to the Table:



  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Gmail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Excellent communications, relationship-building, organizational, presentation, and influence skills
  • Valid drivers license and proof of insurance
  • Reliable transportation


Physical Requirements:



  • Walking long distances in all types of weather
  • Standing for periods of time
  • Traveling the Astound footprint as needed


Education and Certifications:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Sales or marketing background in telecommunications a plus

Base Salary: The base salary range in Pennsylvania for this position is $38,816, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits and commission, if applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is specific to Pennsylvania and may not be applicable to other locations.



    Commissions at plan: Targeted commissions at full attainment are up to $40,000 annually. Our sales total compensation offers the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
