Responsibilities

As part of the recruitment team, this position will act as a Newport Healthcare (NH) advocate and generate enthusiasm about NH within the community. The Sourcing Recruiter is at the forefront of NH talent acquisition strategy, identifying and engaging top-notch candidates to join our growing family. Work with local stakeholders to build relationships with community members to build a talent pipeline, coordinate hiring events, and provide recruiting support to fill open positions in a timely manner. This position will source, engage, and hire top-tier talent that aligns with our company's vision and values.

Essential Duties:

  • Identify and engage top-tier talent through various channels, from social media to industry events.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build powerful messaging and engaging content to captivate key audiences across various sourcing platforms.
  • Create a positive and memorable experience for candidates, ensuring they feel valued and excited about the prospect of joining our team.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of sourcing techniques and explore creative ways to connect with potential candidates.
  • Track, analyze, and apply sourcing metrics including number of sourced candidates and time-to-fill.
  • Demonstrate expertise in leveraging social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc., to create buzz and excitement.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and implement them strategically.
  • Use analytic tools to measure performance and optimize strategies.
  • Engage with your audience and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field or at least 1 year experience in a sales or recruitment environment preferred.
  • Strong passion for staying ahead of industry trends and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Possess a high level of confidentiality.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must live within a reasonable distance (1 hour) of the nearest Newport/PrairieCare facility.

Pay Range for this position $58,211 - $81,495 per year based on education and experience
