The Role: This Transformation role is an intersection of knowledge management, communication, and collaboration across North America R&D. Lead transformation programs with a key focus on function communication, technical documentation, and legal collaboration. Drive value and capabilities in the organization through digital knowledge such research reports, technical subscriptions, new digital tools that enable accessibility, speed, and new insights. Manage R&D enterprise communications and content through emails, Teams channels, and website. Be a key partner for scaling of Transformation team priorities (e.g. communication, change management, and digital enablement).
Requirements: - BS in Food Science, Food Engineering, Packaging, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Sciences or related field - Optional- Library Science, Communications, Digital background - 4-6 years in a Research and Development Function including focus in Innovation, Product, Process, Packaging, Sensory, Analytical, etc. - Strong communication, facilitation, influencing, project management and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage stakeholders, commitment to customer focus, and lead organizational change while maintaining attention to detail and working with large amounts of information - Optional- exposure to ServiceNow, Canva, PowerApps, PowerBI, Tableau, OnFirstUp Platform Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer that prohibits discrimination or harassment of any type.
