IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing Customer Success team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal Account Manager will have a passion for K-12 education, account management and customer success. In this role you will be developing relationships with educational administrators across the US to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the customer life-cycle. You will be responsible for the subscription renewal, upsell, customer retention and engagement activities in assigned territory. #LI-TM1 This person must be proactive, well organized and extremely personable. We are looking for a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is self-motivated with outstanding people skills and integrity. This is a full-time position in our Raleigh, NC office.
