We use a range of tools in protein biochemistry, biophysics, and engineering to probe and manipulate biology, with a goal to bring forward new approaches to treat disease. We are seeking a Junior or Associate Specialist to work as part of our dynamic team focused on the discovery of novel anesthetics. Specialists will have the opportunity to learn a range of techniques including biochemistry, cloning and molecular biology, cellular and molecular assays, and how these tools can be used to discover new therapeutics. Exceptional candidates will have the opportunity to lead their own independent project, develop new ideas and be familiar with the literature. The specialist will be expected to help with managing day-to-day lab operations, and perform general lab duties and be a positive lab citizen. 2 year commitment expected. Required Qualifications:
