Under the direction of the Facilities Services Assistant Director of Project Management, the Project Policy Analyst provides administrative and analytical support to the Project Management team, and on occasion to the Planning, Design, and Construction (PD&C) team. This position supports the coordination, efficiency, and productivity of projects managed by the Project Management team using Smartsheets and other industry-specific software. To support projects moving forward in alignment with project timelines, the Analyst supports the needs of the project management team and identifies administrative obstacles to maintain the timeline. In addition, the Analyst may make recommendations to the project management team regarding issues concerning short and long-term project timelines, contracts, tracking project expenses, permits, etc. The Analyst approaches work challenges and obstacles with a solution-oriented mindset.
UC Riverside's Facilities Services is recruiting for a Project Policy Analyst 2. The full salary range for the Project Policy Analyst 2 is $26.82 - $46.17 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
