Job Purpose:
The Program Development Manager will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that clients needing Intensive Outpatient Services have seamless access to existing programming as well as identifying needs and opportunities for IOP and other program development to better serve the community.

Reporting Relationships:
Title of position to whom this job reports:
* VP of Business Development

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Work in collaboration with Executive leadership, Clinical VPs and the VP of Business Development to envision, develop and execute business plans for program growth and development.
2. Utilizing continuous process improvement, establish internal workflows to ensure that clients meeting criteria for IOP level of care and other programs have timely and efficient access.
3. In partnership with the VP of marketing and other key internal stakeholders, develop and execute a strategic marketing plan for IOP and other program growth and development.
4. Serve as the organization's liaison to foster relationships with key community partners as they relate to IOP and other program referrals.
5. Utilize relationships and experience to expand reach in support of clinical program development, growth and marketing opportunities.
6. Attend events, conferences and other networking opportunities to provide education about AllHealth Network, build relationships and develop strategic partnerships.
7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish a process for conducting a market analysis utilizing existing information and data to identify opportunities for IOP and other program expansion.
8. Meet established key performance indicators including revenue targets, census goals and other benchmarks as established with the VP of Business Development.
9. Follow AllHealth Network policies, procedures and code of conduct.
10. Complete all required training as listed in Relias Learning, both online and face-to face.
11. Perform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employee.
12. Promote exceptional customer service contributing to a positive culture of collaboration within AllHealth Network.

Key Technical Skills and Knowledge:
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related experience.
* Experience/education in Behavioral Health preferred.

Experience:
* 3-5 years of experience in business development preferably in a healthcare environment
* Prefer experience in behavioral health care, Intensive Outpatient Programs working with healthcare providers and leaders

Skills:
* Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships
* Strong computer skills
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment
* Requires travel and fieldwork within the Denver Metro area

Salary Range: $91,000 - $96,000 annually
