Digital Business Services (DBS) is a business-focused digitalization organization, dedicated to creating value, supporting productivity, growth, and enhancing customer experience through digital solutions and harmonization of processes and systems. We cover a wide range of topics from application, infrastructure, data, reporting, as well as project management, such as M365 implementations and infrastructure upgrades.
Summary
Embark on an exciting journey of professional growth and development with METTLER TOLEDO's Digital Talent Program. This 18-month rotational program is designed for recent graduates and professionals looking to shift their careers towards digitalization. You will gain broad exposure to our Digital Business Services (DBS) and various Business Units, working on strategic initiatives that create value and enhance customer experiences through innovative digital solutions.
We are focusing on December 2024 graduates who can start full-time January 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete six three-month assignments: four within DBS and two in other areas such as Sales and Marketing Organizations.
  • Participate in an international assignment to work on global projects and build an international network.
  • Tailored assignments that match your interests and skills, ensuring you have a business impact.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various business units to deliver impactful digital solutions.
  • Enhance your skills and business understanding through exposure to key strategic initiatives.
  • Receive coaching and mentorship from local and global managers.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer and Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial & Systems Engineering, Material Science or Business Administration is required.
  • Entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset with a strong interest in technology and digital solutions.
  • Resilience, commitment, and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Openness to change and learning agility.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
