JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Pennsylvania State University is seeking candidates for an Engagement Annual Leadership Gifts (ALG) Officer position. Reporting to the Manager of the Annual Leadership Gifts Program, the Engagement ALG Officers work to provide personalized engagement and giving opportunities for select donor prospect groups by utilizing digital engagement strategies to build relationships, secure philanthropic support, and assist in connecting interested alumni and friends with opportunities for annual leadership, major and planned, and future gifts to Penn State. Typical Duties
Location The primary location for the role is State College, PA. at the University Park campus. The Division of Development and Alumni Relations is supportive of flexible work arrangements when aligned with the ability to meet the needs of the unit and the essential duties of the position. Qualifications This position minimally requires a Bachelor's Degree or higher plus one or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
