Job Functions:

• Maintains and supports computer systems, software, and hardware. Installs, completes break/fix support, develops, and deploys computer equipment. Coordinates with customer(s) on request(s) in a timely fashion. Researches and provides reliable system solutions and installations.
• Provide end-user device support by serving as an information resource related to various device and peripheral systems, including PC, Mac, Linux, and mobile device operating systems and application programs.
• Directs students on the support, testing, and installation of computer systems, software, and hardware to provide technical support and assistance campus wide.
• Researches, collaborates with others, and recommends efficient best practice processes and alternative solutions to enhance the ability of the department's effectiveness.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with broad range of LAN and device knowledge skills and expansive knowledge of device/ workstation hardware/ software/ operating systems.

The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $17.61-$26.34 hourly.

Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
