"I can succeed as a Compliance Summer Associate at Capital Group." As a Compliance Summer Associate based in Los Angeles, you will work with other associates on meaningful projects and daily compliance work that directly supports the Legal and Compliance group. Some areas of focus may include Client Services Compliance, Corporate Compliance, Distribution Compliance, and Investment Compliance. You will also have exposure to multiple areas of the business. With over 150 associates globally, the Legal and Compliance group provides guidance and support to all areas of our business as we navigate the highly regulated industry in which we operate. Working in partnership with our businesses, our team helps to ensure compliance with laws and regulations around the globe, advising on potential areas of risk and helps to shape and implement the strategic priorities of the organization.

Base Rate: $28.50/hour In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
