What you will do: Drive strategic projects for North America and equip executive leaders with information and advice to make fact-based decisions. Lead cross-functional projects to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Use Microsoft Power Platform to build solutions to problems faced across the organization. Develop executive ready reporting, identifying the actionable insights. Write and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the globe. The skills you bring: A steadfast drive to solve tough problems. Motivation to learn and constantly improve processes and tools. Ability to quickly identify root causes by using large data sets. Consulting skills and the ability to think strategically. Quick to adapt and pivot in a constantly changing business environment. People skills required to work with all roles within Ericsson. Courage to challenge leadership and our current ways of working Effective Written and Verbal communication. Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
