Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $62,300 - Midpoint: $81,000 (Salaried E10)

Department/Organization: 218101 - Dean's Office-School of Law

Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:45pm. May be required to work outside normal business hours on occasion.

Job Summary: The Assistant Director Law School Academic Support provides support for student-facing functions at the Law School including academic success, wellness, bar success, and comprehensive advising programs. Provides academic counseling for students who are on probation or whose law school GPA falls below targets. Oversees data collection for statistical reporting and program assessment.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree and two (2) years of student academic support or legal experience; OR Juris Doctorate and admission in good standing to the bar of any state in the U.S.

Skills and Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Concur, Box, Adobe Suite, and various web-based applications. Strong attention to detail, with expertise in event planning and project management. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a high degree of professionalism. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with students, faculty, and staff.

Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with Juris Doctor and admission in good standing to the bar of any state in the U.S. are highly preferred
