University Communications and Marketing is seeking a Junior UX/UI Designer to join the web strategy team.
This position will work closely with our developers, content specialists, and end-users to create sharp, attractive, and usable interfaces for our content management systems and other digital tools. The majority of the work will focus on our suite of web page layouts and the interface content editors use while creating their university websites. Additional, smaller scale projects may include email, microsites, forms, etc. You will get the opportunity to improve the design of our web presence and work with our technical teams on the process of making it come alive. You will be in an Agile environment, where you can closely team-up on tasks and stories that need to be done. You will have access to the whole process, being able to have oversight on what's being done during development, code reviews, and testing of changes. Our priority is to create accessible and user-friendly patterns while staying committed to our brand. We want you to use your expertise, and we want to provide you with the tools to get even better.
