Description:
The programmers are responsible for direct support of Advanced Tier 1 Operating System including internal functionality and interfaces with any external systems. Support includes development of user applications, bug fixes, modification/enhancements to existing functions, testing, system documentation, and ad-hoc data gathering/queries.
Programmers support Tier 1 Corporate users, Tier 1 Parts Distribution Centers, and other Tier 1 Subsidiaries using Advanced Tier 1 Operating System. Support may require coordination with the systems team at Tier 1 HQ. Support hours may extend beyond normal business hours at Tier 1 Corporate offices in order to support users in different time zones and countries or coordinate with staff in Korea.
