JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Buildings and Grounds Supervisor at Penn State Fullers Overlook will be responsible for daily oversight and maintenance of all buildings and grounds, troubleshoot any issues, engage and manage contractors, develop work plans, and prioritize work assignments. This position will oversees the daily operations of a team to ensure a clean, safe, and sustainable environment within University facilities; coordinates custodial and general maintenance activities; implements environmental policies and leads a team to maintain high standards; ensures compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and quality standards. Primary responsibilities include:
Education and experience: Minimally requires an Associate's degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
