Standard Job Pricing Analyst

Description

This individual will oversee the full lifecycle of RDO Equipment Co.'s Standard Job Pricing program by ensuring job codes and times are competitive and fair for our employees and customers. They will coordinate trainings with field locations, while independently identifying gaps and offer suggestions for process improvements and increased efficiency.

Specific Duties Include:



  • Ability to successfully evaluate segments of the Standard Job Pricing program which do not have codes and determine if codes need to be added; including a description, if necessary.
  • Proactively evaluate the accuracy of the actual job times to job code times and offer suggestions for improvement.
  • Responsible for managing all manufactures job codes, including downloading them to DBS.
  • Act as the single point of contact for RDO Equipment Co. locations regarding questions relating to the Standard Job Pricing program.
  • Create and input job codes for new equipment based on comparable research and data; this also includes the ability to strategically think about job codes for other types of makes and models.
  • Ensure appropriate communications take place through the locations by facilitating and participating in periodic trainings in order to enhance employee understanding and proactively seek feedback from team members.
  • Responsible for in-depth analysis of current processes, procedures and customer data; identify gaps and offer suggestions for improvement.
  • Responsible for ensuring sound and safe business practices and processes are implemented and continuously improved to effectively and efficiently achieve ethical business objectives.
  • Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook.
  • Conduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of RDO Equipment Co.
  • Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.
  • Participate in all company/location driven communication efforts, including open book meetings, huddles, department meetings and other related efforts.
  • Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.


Job Requirements:



  • A minimum of 3 years' technical or mechanical experience is required.
  • John Deere experience is preferred.
  • Industry and/or aftermarket parts and service support experience is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products.
  • College degree or applicable experience preferred.
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
