Job Summary: Join our dynamic development team as a Development Associate! In this role, you'll play a vital part in driving our fundraising efforts. Your responsibilities will include grant research, proposal support, CRM management, and assisting with fundraising campaigns.

Hybrid work environment with remote and office options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct grant research to identify potential funding opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting grant proposals.
  • Proofread grant applications for accuracy and clarity.
  • Support fundraising campaigns, including online drives and events.
  • Manage donor information and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Contribute to online fundraising campaigns.
  • Enter data and generate reports to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the development team to achieve goals.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

  • 2-3 years of experience in nonprofit development, with a focus on grant research or fundraising.

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: Monday - Friday.

Workhours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM.

Salary: $59,339 annually.
