How You'll Perform the Role

Job Summary:

The Adjuster Supervisor plays a critical role in the plant production. They are responsible for adjusting Merchandise, Grocery or Sack paper bag machines and supervising Machine Operators to meet production goals and standards.

Supervisory Responsibilities:



  • Provide coaching and counseling to new and existing machine operators.
  • Ensures Good Manufacturing Practices (GM) are followed.
  • Encourages, recognizes and rewards good performance.
  • Identifies and request discipline of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.


Duties/Responsibilities:





    • Assure all work performed is completed in a safe manner with all production crews following Safety/ Housekeeping Procedures.
    • Work with Production Shift Supervisor and HR to direct Machine Operators to achieve the highest possible manufacturing performance.
    • Assure Machine Operators are following all Quality/Inspection programs.
    • Make Machine set-ups and order changeovers.
    • Adjust and repair machines as needed.
    • Complete daily production reporting.
    • Monitor Production Crews work/break schedules.
    • New Employee training.




What We Need From You

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in in machine operations.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of leadership experience.
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
  • Work overtime as required.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
  • Ability to successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • The commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop.
  • Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
