Job Description

ENSCO Inc, is seeking a Program Manager/Technical Integrator Lead, duties will include:

* Serving as primary point of contact between the Sponsor COTR/CO and the Contractor for contractual, financial, security, and technical matters.
* Monitoring projects, costs, schedules, expenditures, and providing relevant reporting, with corporate support.
* Coordinating with corporate resources to provide replacement on-site support when the designated on-site support is not present for work (e.g. sick, on leave, etc.) for more than three consecutive days during a critical Sponsor activity as designated by the COTR.
* Coordinating and participating in all contract reviews. These reviews shall be conducted as outlined in this SOW and as mutually agreed upon by the Contractor, CO, and COTR.
* Supervision and management of subcontractors, as applicable.
* Providing technical leadership to assign tasks, evaluate level of effort, and implementing strategy and roadmaps.
* Participating in designing approaches for projects and application and integration design sessions to scope efforts and drive efficiencies.
* Providing expertise on application development, business intelligence tools, database development, best practices and patterns with the ability to explain, advocate, guide and implement them.
* With corporate support, ensure Contractor team maintains professional Industry knowledge currency of their specific field of expertise, complete with best practices, new/emerging techniques, relevant innovative developments and related recommendations for Sponsor improvement/enhanced capability(ies).
* Ensuring the team maintains knowledge currency of Sponsor strategic priorities, objectives, directive(s) and relevant/potential impact on related contractor activities.
* Maintain, coordinate, support and monitor requirement Schedule progress (adherence/slip), resourcing requirements, performance objectives and related cost objectives for all Sponsor validated requirements.
* Monitor, attend/participate and document/report on operational meetings related to their respective area of expertise.
* Deploying and maintaining both permanent and ad hoc networks
* Setting up wired and wireless networks for testing and demonstration
* Performing fabrication (both ferrous and non-ferrous), mechanical repairs, fiber installation and other similar tasks
* Designing, setting up, and operating technical demonstrations.
* Enacting ad-hoc technical experiments to test tradecraft concepts.
* Developing novel solutions incorporating multiple technologies.
* Leading the mapping and delivery of Sponsor requirements.
* Providing briefings to Sponsor leadership, as requested.
* Ensuring continuity of program knowledge by establishing and maintaining a "knowledge sharing" requirement for all personnel on this contract.
* Writing technical documentation to include Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), Test Results, and Technical Assessments, as requested.
* Providing feedback to the COTR for improvements on the processes and tools involved in any of the technical areas listed in this SOW.

Qualifications Required (Skills)

* Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent technical experience; with a minimum 10 years professional experience
* Five (5) years demonstrated experience in project management
* Demonstrated experience with Agile methodology, project Lifecyle's, and balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Comprehensive knowledge of managing teams, PM processes, PM tools, and strong communication.
* Experience working and prioritizing multiple managerial and technical tasks
* Computer literacy including the ability to use Microsoft Office and Jira or similar requirements tools
* An active TOP SECRET SCI with POLYGRAPH SECURITY CLEARANCE, for which you must be a U.S. Citizen. You will not be considered for this position if you do not meet this requirement.

* Demonstrated experience managing contracts, to include tracking/reporting costs and knowledge of basic contracting principles
