Counselor Worcester, MA, USA Req #3197 Wednesday, October 2, 2024 Location: Worcester, MA - Outpatient Treatment Program, on Merrick St Pay Rate: $50,336-$56,659/annually Schedule: Monday-Wednesday, 8:00am-4:30pm, Thursday 6:00am-3:30pm, Friday 7:00am-2:30pm Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance 401k with company contribution Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment Qualifications: CADC required Minimum of an Associate degree in clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or closely related field and a minimum of one year of supervised counseling experience required The Counselor: Provides quality clinical services and case management to assigned clients in accordance with Spectrum's clinical design and in compliance with all licensing, accreditation and regulatory bodies.
