Counselor Haverhill, MA, USA Req #3050 Wednesday, October 2, 2024 Location: Haverhill, MA - Outpatient Treatment Program Pay Rate: $50,336-$56,659/annually Schedule: Full-time Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance 401k with company match up to 7% Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment Qualifications: CADC required (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) Minimum of an Associate degree in clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or closely related field and a minimum of one year of supervised counseling experience required The Counselor (CADC): Provides quality clinical services and case management to assigned clients in accordance with Spectrum's clinical design and in compliance with all licensing, accreditation and regulatory bodies. Provides group treatment to clients using Spectrum curriculum and following group facilitation protocol as trained.
