This position may primarily serve both the York and Lancaster Campuses. Job Summary: Responsible for adherence to all policies and procedures of the college, Commonwealth of PA and Federal Government regarding Veteran Affairs (VA) and US Department of Defense (DoD). Responsible for reporting and tracking Federal Tuition Assistance (FTA) programs and VA Chapter 31. Responsible for veteran student account reconciliation; providing support for electronic payment processing; return check processing for VA Chapter 33, Education Assistance Program (EAP) and Military Family Education Program (MFEP). Responsible for processing EDI, EAP, MFEP reports weekly; downloading and verifying disbursement rosters. Verifying student enrollment and Veteran Benefit Requests status. Entering payments in (BANNER and spreadsheets). Completing, reconciling, and returning rosters for each term. Processing and return funds to VA, EAP, MFEP, when required. Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
