Advantage Resourcing is currently seeking a Production Associate to join our team in Putnam, CT. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for working on an assembly line with various materials and adhesives, visually inspecting, packing, and labeling finished parts for shipment, and performing secondary functions like trimming and dipping as needed. You'll utilize gauges, jibs, and other measuring devices, conduct simple equipment setups, operate machinery, handle material movement, assist with maintenance and inventory tasks, maintain records, and ensure manufacturing and storage areas are clean and organized according to 5S standards, prioritizing quality and safety. Shift Details: 1st Shift \| 6:30 AM - 3 PM \| $18.50/hr. + $2.00 shift differential 2nd Shift \| 2:30 PM - 11 PM \| $20.50/hr. + $3.00 shift differential 3rd Shift \| 1030 PM - 7 AM \| $23.50 per hour Employee benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, 401k plans, weekly pay available every Friday, referral bonus potential, and employee discount programs.
