Designs, developments, and implements Sales Skills Training Programs. The training is designed and delivered with the specific intent of increasing job capabilities and sales performance. This includes, updating, maintaining and delivering new hire training, as well as addressing the ongoing training needs of the entire sales force based on sales goals and needs. What you will do: Lead the organization and execution of new hire onboarding and continued training and development for sales employees. Deliver world class, engaging trainings for new hires and current employees through your deep product and customer knowledge across business lines Enhance and expand curriculums and content across all sales teams. Own end to end project management of the creation and roll out of new curriculums and content. Develop and deliver annual strategic training goals to senior leadership,demonstratingexcellent communication and presentation skills. Collaborate with Training Team peers toidentifyopportunities for cross team collaboration and training. Demonstrate an abilityto originate a creative and innovative approach to training needs, usingthe latesttechnology and approaches to adult learning. Manageour LMS (Learning Management System)platform forSaleseLearningmanagementand roadmap the learning experience for sales trainees. You need to have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of demonstrated success in a sales or service role; experience leading training or coaching.
