As a member of the newly formed Executive Office supporting our Chief Executive Officer as well as other Capital Group Management Committee members, the Senior Analyst will support the strategy around, preparation for, and execution of external and internal engagements. They will aid in the establishment of global routines, identify opportunities to optimize and automate processes, leverage technology to drive productivity and efficiency, and project manage strategic initiatives with select global clients. This role will be highly visible with Capital Group's senior leadership.

  • You can create executive level updates and presentations/memos synthesizing information and developing insights.

  • You will support the development of strategic roadmaps, success measures and monitor progress to plan.

  • You have a desire to innovate and enhance experiences for leadership. You have knowledge of technology platforms and can leverage them to automate processes.

  • You will collaborate with global internal cross-functional teams to create project timelines supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • BA or BS degree is required; MBA is a plus.

  • Demonstrates strong communication skills - written and verbal - with a strength in synthesizing information and developing polished briefing memos, leadership correspondence with clients and more.

  • Embraces a strategic mindset with the ability to connect themes across the enterprise.

  • Demonstrates superior organizational and planning skills with meticulous work product and ability to keep track of multiple concurrent workstreams.

  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills, resourcefulness, and results oriented.

  • Ability to engage and balance a diverse set of stakeholders and create a collaborative and approachable environment, especially when working across departments globally or with time sensitivity.

  • Nimbly adapts to change and demonstrates a high degree of agility and flexibility when balancing time sensitive priorities.

  • Applies strong judgment and proper discretion when handling highly sensitive information.

  • Minimum of 2-years of experience in financial services within an executive office.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $116,974-$187,158

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
