"I can succeed as a Compensation Manager." You will be a critical member of the global compensation team working alongside other compensation professionals, HR partners and business leaders to support our compensation programs for our global distribution business groups (NACG/EACG). You will consult and influence business managers and internal HR groups on complex compensation matters. We'll use your expertise to develop and implement compensation strategies. You'll provide expertise in job analyses and job architecture. You will advise on external market analyses and offer recommendations and compensationplan design. You will utilize your critical thinking and analytical skills to advise on compensation recommendations, bonus and variable compensation plans, and market studies. In this role, you will develop, communicate, and implement appropriate solutions (programs, processes, tools) in support of providing an effective holistic client and HR Business Partner compensation experience. Please note this role will not have direct reports. To thrive in this role, you are a creative thinker with a passion for teamwork and driving the business. Using data analytics, statistical methods, and tools such as Workday, Excel, and Tableau, you'll contribute to the overall mission of the Compensation team to ensure Capital Group's competitiveness in the marketplace. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
