DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will join our enthusiastic and dedicated nursing staff to provide 24-hour care, seven days a week. From helping our residents prepare for their day to assisting them with participating in exciting activities, you will play a huge role in their daily lives. Through this day-to-day contact with our residents, you will have the ability to positively impact their quality of life by providing the best possible care. - Full-time employment (8 hours/day; 40 hours/week)
- Work hours are 2nd shift (2:45 PM to 11:15 PM); rotating days and weekends, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Working every other weekend is required
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Active registration as a Nurse Aide in the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry; or
- Six months of paid experience in the care and treatment of geriatric or physically ill patients or residents.

Legal Requirements:
- A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
- Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
