The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Integration Engineer is a multifaceted role responsible for the integration and maintenance of CRM technologies, such as Salesforce and Slate. This position combines the technical expertise of a developer with the administrative knowledge of a CRM administrator, making it a vital asset in maximizing the potential of the platforms. The CRM Integration Engineer plays a crucial role in seamlessly connecting the CRM platforms with various enterprise external systems, applications, and data sources. This position requires a strong understanding of integration architectures, APIs, data mapping, and middleware technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable integrations that enable efficient data exchange and business process automation. This position will support the University Advancement team in integrating data sources, external systems and applications to Salesforce and have a dotted line reporting to the University Advancement Director of Constituent Management and Technologies (CMT).
This position is classified as predominantly remote with occasional visits to campus as needed. Working hours will be based on Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST. This is a two-year contract position. Should additional funding be made available in the future, this position could be converted to a career appointment or the contract extended. The full salary range for the CRM Integration Engineer is $100,100 - $190,500 annually. However, the pay scale for this position is up to $145,300 annually. UCR bases salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, UCR is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements. |
