Position Overview In this role, you will plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of site to support Lottery customer. Key duties and responsibilities include communicating with the Customer, managing daily operations, proposing and implementing strategy and people management. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Five (5)+ years of experience in operations management required.
- Two (2)+ years technical management experience required.
- Logistics and field service management experience required.
- Technical enterprise systems background/experience desirable.
- Must possess valid documentation to establish identity and U.S. employment eligibility.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience managing exempt and non-exempt level employees.
- Knowledge of organizational structures, business functions, policies, procedures, legal issues, and state statutes
- Demonstrate highly developed organizational, interpersonal relationship, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively interact and motivate staff
- Ability to plan and prioritize work.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Operations, Field Service, Call Center, and the other day-to-day operating functions of the Business Unit.
- Work closely with the Operations Vice President and customer on initiatives and serve as chief communicator with internal and external stake holders.
- Formulate and implement the corporate strategic direction that will lead to the success of the Business Unit.
- Execute identified short- and long-term goals and objectives of the organization, as directed by Senior Management.
- Prepare, implement, and manage budgets, meeting monthly goals and objectives
- Understand the expectations and service needs of the client and make every attempt to meet or exceed them through strong planning and effective communication
- Develop effective and constructive relationships with client to gain trust and foster a strong working relationship
- Other duties may be assigned
