The successful candidate will join the Global Systematic Stress Testing (GSST) team within Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to implement target-state GSST program design, and help drive Consent Order remediation, as well as coordinate senior enterprise-level governance forum, infrastructural and Enterprise Risk Data Layer (ERDL) processes underpinning Citis GSST Program. This person will report to the Strategy Lead, who reports to the Head of ERA GSST. The GSST team owns:

  • Oversight of a set of enterprise stress tests executed monthly
  • Coordination of Senior governance forum governing enterprise stress testing
  • Other Enterprise risk metrics such as Economic Risk Capital and Risk Appetite Ratio and Surplus

VP will be responsible for managing a set of supporting activities, working closely with each Risk Pool lead on various milestones and deliverables surrounding consent order, Target state priorities supporting GSST infrastructure, as well as Firm-wide Transformational goals. They will collaborate with others to monitor and remediate concerns and constraints prior to escalation.

Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to:

  • Creation and drafting of project plans and other project related artifacts, decks and senior stakeholder communications surrounding GSST program
  • GSST Program plan tracking, status reporting, creating and/or managing governance forums, prioritizing workflow and resource management.
  • Create and apply a consistent style and image of presentations across the GSST Program
  • Supports transformation projects, organizational change initiatives, and continuous process improvement
  • Applies in-depth knowledge of the business impact of process design and technical contributions surrounding the strategies that effectively govern and improve tasks supporting GSST & Scenario Change.
  • Liaise with other areas of the firm to understand challenges/gaps and identify proposed solutions to facilitate potential change.
  • Lead day-to-day activities supporting resolution, optimize reporting processes to senior leadership team.
  • Support Senior management strategic vision

Qualifications:

  • 7+ Years of relevant experience in Management Consulting, Risk or Finance role of large banks. Experience in enterprise stress testing, experience with data or analytics a significant plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively to senior audience, especially in slide form.
  • Track record of success in delivering high quality work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Must demonstrate ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment
  • Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with senior stakeholders to meet shared objectives.
  • Analytical mindset to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations and excellent quantitative and qualitative skills; being able to analyze data, draw conclusions, identify trends and issues, and diagnose root cause of issues
  • Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions without detailed instructions.
  • Superb skills on PowerPoint, Visio and other graphic programs to effectively convey a story and persuade senior audiences.
  • Citi knowledge a plus

  • Bachelors Degree, Master's degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
