Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking individuals with interest within a Tool Maker Internship to support our teams throughout this school year or summer 2025 in Maumelle, Arkansas! We are interested in working within your school schedule to be flexible throughout the year and into the summer for full time opportunities. These are just a few key aspects of our internship program. What You Will Do * Engage with a focused team of Tool Makers to support the tool shop and production needs to help assist in troubleshooting mold problems and keep production molds in efficient operating conditions * Provide support to other tool makers & engineering teams * Learn and assist in keeping the tool area / tools well maintained to ensure proper working and safe condition * Learning of injection molding processes, including assembly and disassembly of all components required in mold manufacturing processes * Work alongside cross functional departments from a variety of disciplines - quality, manufacturing, project, process, etc. to meet business goals Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Enrolled in a associates or technical degree in relative tooling or automation program (Mechatronics, Automation, CNC, Tooling, etc.) * Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2027. * Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
