Your Opportunity:Taylor Promotional Products, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team in-house in Pompano Beach, FL.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Processes orders, prepares correspondence and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Take, enter, process, and/or expedite orders
  • Providing effective customer follow-up in post-sales activities
  • Provide effective and professional communication practices with account representatives and customers
  • Relay communication chains between Customer Service, Scheduling, Shipping, and other departments
  • Production Coordination: Work closely with our production plant and supply chain teams to ensure successful order execution
  • Utilize computers to properly account for issues, returns, receipts of new materials, and associated back-orders
  • Follow all established safety rules and regulations and utilize required safety equipment
  • Quality Assurance: Escalate customer quality issues to relevant stakeholders and drive resolution
  • Maintain the work area in a clean and orderly condition
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned

Your Shift:Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 5:30pm (with a rotating schedule of one Friday per month)

You Must Have:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with warehouse management systems
  • Customer Service experience
  • Proven customer service experience with a track record of meeting service and delivery deadlines
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

We Would Also Prefer:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ years' related experience, or commensurate combination of education and experience
