There has never been a better time to join EQ. ***This role is onsite in our Mendota Heights, MN office Role Summary Office Services team handles all processing activities associated with incoming and outgoing daily mail. The team provides coverage for the physical window for mailing vendors and couriers. The team is also responsible for reports of certificates that are no longer valid. Office Services manages internal requests including inventory. Business Function Office Services handles all incoming/outgoing mail (Fed Ex, UPS, USPS, Couriers, DHL), internal EQ team member supply requests, keep the central supply inventory stocked, and cancelling of certificates which are populated to a report on a daily basis.
