Overview Work/Campus Care Solutions is looking for a provider interested in joining PRN. Responsible for provision of primary care, health education and promotion, disease prevention, care coordination and continuity of care for teammates and other prospective patients. Care is delivered based on established protocols. Facilities continuity of care delivery by serving as a practitioner and change agent. Accountable for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care as it relates to NP standards and plans for provision of care. Ability to travel to multiple locations. Nurse Practitioner - Master's Degree or Doctorate of Nursing Practice required. Georgia license to practice as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse through the Georgia Board of Nursing required. Certification in the area of practice and appropriate for the population served from a nationally recognized certifying body required. Graduate of an accredited program for Nurse Practitioners required.
