Description

We are seeking an individual with exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to follow up diligently to assist our Inventory Management team in optimizing day-to-day operations. As an integral part of our team, the ideal candidate will manage first prints, reprints, and remainders with meticulous attention to detail and efficiency.

What you'll do:



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inventory management for TPG and Mass Market imprints, overseeing all aspects of inventory and addressing related issues for publishers, sales teams, and operations
  • Regular collaboration with Sales representatives, Publishers, Marketing and Production teams
  • Daily monitoring of inventory levels and analysis from various reports to promptly identify reprint needs
  • Manage the End of Life process for Remainders, working collaboratively with Publishers, Sales and Fulfillment Centers
  • Perform data entry tasks in Cognos databases (including meeting results, quantities, price changes, follow-up information)


What you'll bring:



  • Exceptional project management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills to effectively coordinate inventory operations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and composure to deal with frequent changes
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in Google Apps, and intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel


Ideal experience/education:



  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in inventory management logistics or a similar field
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields


This role will have an annual salary of $52,000 - $59,000.
