The UVA Comprehensive Cancer Center Office of Clinical Research is seeking a skilled Office Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role,you'll oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support the efficient functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will have a natural flexibility in handling day-to-day routines as well as surprises. The OCR Office Manager will provide strong, reliable support for operations in multiple offices by creating/maintaining procedures and communicating them office-wide. Job Responsibilities:
This is a full-time, 100% on-site position.The incumbent will be primarily located at the Education Resource Center, but may occasionally need to travel within Charlottesville/Albemarle to support OCR Clinical Research staff. Anticipated Hiring Range: $20-$24/hr with benefits. Minimum Requirements Education: High School Diploma Experience: 3 years of external experience, or 1 year of internal HR experience. Physical Demands This is an on-site primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers.
