Job Description The Business Travel Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue and occupancy through the development and execution of strategic sales plans for the Transient market segment (Corporate {ESP}, Leisure, Consortia, Government) for Omni Austin Hotel Downtown and Corporate market for Omni Barton Creek Resort and Spa. This role requires a strong focus on achieving monthly room night goals, building, and maintaining client relationships, soliciting new accounts, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated hospitality sales professional who is passionate about interacting with our clients, guests, and associates to strategically elevate the performance and reputation of the hotel. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the business travel industry, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and sell diverse property offerings to meet the needs of both Hotels for whom they represent. This candidate will also develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve or exceed room night and revenue goals for the Transient market segments for Omni Austin Hotel Downtown and Corporate market for Omni Barton Creek Resort and Spa Omni Benefits Include
