Leveraging your advanced expertise, attention to detail, and organizational acumen, you will oversee the cleaning, sterilization, preparation, and secure storage of instruments. In this senior role, you will also be responsible for preparing complex case carts for the Operating Room, ensuring all necessary instruments and equipment are precisely organized for critical procedures. Your leadership in sterilization practices will support exceptional patient outcomes and uphold the integrity of our surgical services.
