People * Customers * Trust We are seeking applicants for Auto Labeler Assistant in our Lithonia, GA facility located at 6479 Chupp Rd, Lithonia, Ga 30058 PCA offers Competitive Benefits. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists in the operation of the Automaton machine to produce product(s) to customer specification. Assists the operator in the set-up of machines for operation to run product according to customer specification. Assists the operator in troubleshooting and performing minor repair and performing preventative maintenance procedures on Automaton machine. Assigns and instructs Utility/Helper/Offbearer, as required. Trains Utility/Helper/Offbearer, as required. Performs quality checks as required. Takes appropriate corrective action. Maintains records of production, work in progress, as required. Performs other job related duties as assigned or delegated. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment. Able to pass pre-employment physical and drug test. Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma/GED. Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stand for standard 8 hour shift or longer. Some skill at problem solving and troubleshooting.
