USESI is currently searching for a Dispatcher to join the team in Stoughton, MA.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Keep customer information up to date
  • Keep truck information up to date (ex. Registration)
  • Handling calls from drivers on current deliveries/road issues/inquiries
  • Daily communication with sales/customers
  • Maintain driver and route list
  • Daily/Weekly van and truck audits
  • Daily scheduling and response on time commit requests from sales
  • Create manifests and produce delivery paperwork
  • Maintain and monitor GPS software (NavMan)
  • Coordinate returning drivers for pickups and second runs
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to special projects and cross training
  • First Shift hours TBD

Qualifications:

  • Proficient understanding of maximizing volume in a truck
  • Task oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate with both internal and external customers
  • Dispatch Experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Customer Service Experience required
  • DOT Knowledge a plus
  • High school diploma equivalent
