The University of Virginia's Department of Student Health, Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is seeking to hire a part-time mental health professional for the position of Staff Psychotherapist. This position will provide triage assessment, diagnostic and developmental evaluations, brief treatment (individual, couple or group therapy), referral assistance, and crisis intervention. The position may also provide supervision and some outreach programming.
Position Compensation Range: $40.00 - $45.50 hourly (commensurate with experience) This is a wage position which is not eligible for leave or other benefits and is limited to 1500 hours of work in a year.
