Administrative Leads are engaged in administrative support and provide direction to multiple administrative staff. They are responsible for coordinating all administrative support operations across a large staff. They oversee others performing administrative tasks, including the assignment of work, with responsibility for approving timesheets and coordinating performance management. They have input into, but are not the final decision-makers for, employment related decisions involving compensation, discipline, or termination.
This position will remain open until filled. This is an Non-Exempt level, benefited position. This position will not sponsor applicants for work visas. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: Associate's degree Experience: At least three years of administrative office support experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Licensure: None PHYSICAL DEMANDS This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
