Molex is looking for a New Product Development Manager to join our Magnetic Solutions group. Molex is a global leader in electronic connector solutions, providing innovative connectivity solutions for various industries including networking. As the New Product Development Manager for our magnetics products, you will play a critical role at the forefront of our product development efforts, driving our technology development in collaboration with our development teams and working closely with customers and partners to develop our next generation products. What You Will Do * Subject matter expert for magnetics & product development. * Responsible for customer technical relationships. * Product development strategy. * Technical interface to customers. * Collaborate intimately with team responsible for final product electrical performance. * Support the Molex customer facing systems lab in Fremont, CA. * Develop and foster cooperation with customer test labs to standardize system level testing methods. * Collaborate with PHY / IC vendors to ensure robust operation of Molex products at system level. * Contribute to the development of a world class team of engineers to lead magnetic product development. * Drive expansion of Molex magnetics products to new markets and applications. * Leverage Molex manufacturing knowledge and expertise to become market leaders in magnetic products. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Bachelor's degree in electronics, physics, or related field. * Experience in technical leadership focused on the product development lifecycle. * System level test and validation experience. * Experience with equivalent magnetic business or specific relevant application areas. * Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet targeted objectives. * Technical leader who can guide and collaborate with a team. What Will Put You Ahead * ICM connector experience * Experience with Ethernet ICM/Discrete magnetics product development For this role, we anticipate paying $130,000 - $200,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
