Ski perks (vary based on employment status) may include Deer Valley season pass, free skiing or riding at other Alterra Resorts and select local Utah resorts Friends and family ski discounts, free staff ski lessons and discounted rentals (winter staff only) Subsidized meals at Employee Dining Rooms offered for staff while on shift Subsidized housing options available for seasonal full-time staff Discounts for staff members at restaurants, shops, and service providers in Park City Healthcare options are available for staff members 401k plan with company match PURPOSE OF POSITION: An Equipment Issue Clerk takes care of the internal guest (the employee) by cleaning and issuing uniforms, paychecks, employee ski benefits, lockers, locks, and other uniform pieces. RESPONSIBILITIES: Issue uniforms and applicable pieces to appropriate Deer Valley employees Perform uniform inventories, cleaning and maintenance Issue of employee lift tickets and paychecks Issue lockers to employees and the sale of locks and extra uniform items to employees Be friendly and courteous with the internal guest at all times A clerk must have a good relationship with and work well with the other clerks and the laundry attendants. Be punctual so that all equipment issue rooms are open on time Other duties as assigned (Filing, envelope stuffing, printing, sorting, etc.) QUALIFICATIONS: Basic computer skills Sewing skills would be very helpful Must be friendly and courteous with the internal guest at all times Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
