2025 Summer Internship

Your Role: St. Louis CITY SC is seeking a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) Intern to join our team for our Summer Internship Program. During this assignment, the Intern will partner with our DEIB Director to assist with research, analysis, and pre-planning of Inclusion programs and other administrative projects.

Your Opportunity:

  • Assist with research, planning, and implementation of strategic DEIB initiatives by supporting the analysis of data, streamlining processes, and generating reports.
  • Support document management, including updating DEIB learning resources, maintaining files and support tools
  • Research and provide recommendations on resources for building and retaining diverse talent
  • Conduct analysis of existing processes and help ensure that CITY's diverse global workforce is well-supported
  • Assist with employee engagement activities including supporting CITY's DEIB committee and community service activities
  • Participate in all internship activities and events scheduled during normal business hours
  • Support additional special projects on an as needed basis

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Qualified candidates will be enrolled in an Bachelor's degree program in Business, HR, Communications or a related major
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to work autonomously
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate Excel skills, MS Office, MS Teams, and Outlook skills
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week
