Job Description

Complete all tasks on the "Janitorial Duties Check List" daily.
Complete all tasks on the "Sanitation Schedule" daily.
Operate and unload cardboard bailer.
Operate trash compactor.
Water battery powered equipment as needed.
Load/Unload pallet deliveries.
Load cardboard and recycle materials.
Use Auto-Scrubber for floor cleaning.
Change light bulbs in warehouse and office.
Misc. building maintenance to include painting, rack repairs, and minor building improvement projects.
Other cleaning duties as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.

External Qualifications

Required:
High School diploma/GED required
Ability to operate machinery as assigned.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Forklift Certified
General home and building maintenance
