The Dell Medical School at The University of Texas at Austin is seeking an exceptional leader to join the Department of Medical Education as the Assistant Dean of Admissions. Successful applicants will be eligible for appointment at the Associate or Professor level and should have significant expertise in medical education, clinical program development, and scholarship. Position Summary The Assistant Dean of Admissions at Dell Medical School provides strategic leadership, vision, and direction for all aspects of the admissions process. This role oversees the recruitment, selection, and matriculation of students, ensuring alignment with the school's mission and goals. The Assistant Dean guides the admissions team, directs admissions events, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop policies, ensure compliance, and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.
