Cornerstone Building Brands has an opening for a Regional Manager. The Regional Manager will manage and oversee all aspects of the region's sales branch network consisting of Retail Direct brands Mueller and Fortify Building Solutions. This role will lead and support Branch Managers in all areas of business unit operations to ensure Mueller's business purpose, objectives, policies, shared values, and requirements are achieved. Additionally, the RM will grow regional sales by working with Branch Managers on market leads, opportunities, and quote activity. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 to $140,000 + sales incentive + car allowance + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
