Terros Health is hiring an On-Call Facilities Technician (Phoenix/Tucson Area)

Schedule: 10 Hours a week (may vary based on need)

Starting pay: $19.00/hr

High School Diploma/GED Equivalent

No experience required - we will train you!

The Facilities On call Technician is responsible for light maintenance on Terros Health buildings and duties will be assigned on a case by case basis. (Tools will be provided)

Facilities Technician Duties include:



  • Moving furniture, changing lights bulbs, hanging pictures, white boards and artwork.
  • Painting, drywall repair and other odds and end repairs.
  • Notifying plumber, Janitorial, electrician and other contractors to handle contract work.
  • Regular contact and good rapport with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.
  • Performs other related functions or special projects.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of all departmental information, communications, and activities.

Qualifications

  • A High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • One - Three years experience in commercial, institutional and/or industrial sectors preferred, not required
  • Preferred - Experience in a health care setting.
  • Customer service experience is valued.
  • Must possess good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs.
  • Must be reliable, self-motivated, have the proper skills and experience.
  • Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have valid Arizona driver's license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience and meet requirements of Terros Health's driving policy
  • Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.
  • Must pass a TB Test.
